How We Work
Our workshops are built around the convergence of:
Technical and Hard Skills Program
We design our content using a “Build | Code | Do”©️ philosophy so our students get hands-on with emerging technologies, learn how to use their technology, and then show us what they’ve learned.
Innovative Thinking and Entrepreneurism Program
To be a valuable member of a team, you need to understand how your role supports an organization. We teach our students how to think innovatively and how businesses work so they can add value to any organization they support, whether a school club, religious group, a non-profit, or for-profit company.
Key Soft Skills Program
Sprinkled throughout our workshops are opportunities for our students to learn and refine key soft skills for life. Some of the skills they learn include communication, creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, empathy, decision-making, and collaboration techniques.

Build | Code | Do
Delve into the physical construction of projects, like building a 3D printer from scratch, assembling a micro-drone, or even setting up a powerful gaming PC. In some workshops, like VR and cryptocurrency, the "build" takes place in a virtual environment, where you can create digital assets and explore immersive worlds.
Learn how to code and program your creations, mastering 3D design software for printing, setting up operating systems and drivers on your PC, or even controlling your drone through code. This stage will teach new skills and bring about different challenges than what you experienced in "Build" - pushing you beyond your comfort zone.
Where it all comes together! Put your newfound knowledge and skills to the test in exciting team challenges. Here you'll collaborate with your peers to solve a real-world problem using drones, programming an AI robot to complete a complex task, or designing a VR experience that tackles a pressing social issue. The possibilities are endless!
